Harold Lloyd teeters perilously on a high ledge of an office building. There's nothing below him but the pavement. Desperately, he tries to enter the closest window. As he approaches safety, the window suddenly opens ... outward, knocking him off the ledge!

Grabbing frantically for the nearest object, he latches onto the large black hands of a clock on the side of the building. Safe. For a moment, anyway. And then his weight begins to take its toll. The face and hands separate from the timepiece. He dangles precariously as horrified onlookers gasp on the sidewalk below.
