NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings assigns a 'BBB-' rating to Iowa Higher Education Loan Authority Private College Facility revenue bonds (Wartburg College Project) refunding bonds, series 2005A, in the approximate amount of $50,490,000. Fitch also assigns a 'BBB-' rating to the outstanding series 2002 bonds, for which certain maturities are insured by ACA that Fitch does not rate. The series 2002 bonds will be refunded in entirety by the series 2005A bonds.
