Jene Highstein's exhibit at Galeria Comicos in Lisbon, Portugal, consisted of drawings and two sculptures from a series. The accompanying text was apt for the presentation as it analyzed the relationship between the two media. The sculptures were typical of Highstein but more importantly, implied future directions for his work. Specifically, they recalled primordial archetypes such as prehistoric artifacts and ancient pottery.
