LOS ANGELES -- The Fashion House, Inc. will launch a new footwear line under the label Oscar by Oscar de la Renta for the Fall, 2006 season as part of a licensing agreement with Oscar de la Renta, Ltd. The new line will debut to the trade in February at the World Shoe Association Show in Las Vegas, the leading footwear show in the United States.
