Nov. 11--POTSDAM -- A print-shop owner wants Potsdam State University College to stop accepting printing business from nonprofit groups in St. Lawrence County.
Robert T. Stubbs, owner of Stubbs Printing in Massena, said he believes the lower price offered by Potsdam College's printing shop, with equipment and materials purchased by taxpayers, costs him business. The company had printed Clarkson University's hockey programs for about 30 years before it recently lost the contract to Potsdam College's print shop.
