To mark this week's Remembrance Day, each Great War veteran shares with the Daily Mirror their courageous but dignified stories of fighting for their Queen and country.Britain's Last Tommies, by Richard Van Emden, is published by Pen and Sword at pounds 19.99. The Last Tommy will be shown tonight on BBC1 at 9pm, with a second part next Tuesday.
