Onyx Waste Services Inc. is acquiring three solid waste collection companies in Minnesota and Missouri through two separate deals.

Onyx acquired Vasko Disposal Solutions of St. Paul, Minn., which Onyx describes as a leading independent commercial and industrial waste hauler in the city.

Milwaukee-based Onyx also dealt for the assets of Salt River Refuse Co. in Macon, Mo., and a group of routes from HDW Enterprises in Bethany, Mo...
