Update to William Mitchell Symposium on 'War on Terror' Interrogation Tactics: Changes Made to Speaker Lineup.

ST. PAUL, Minn., Oct. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- The speaker lineup for William Mitchell College of Law's October 28 Public Square symposium "Special Tactics for a Secret War" has changed. Retired CIA officer William McNair has been added to the program. John Rizzo, CIA acting general counsel, informed the law school that he has to withdraw from the symposium. Douglas Jehl, correspondent for The New York Times, is also unable to attend.

The event will be held on October 28, at 6:30 p.m. in the William Mitchell College of Law auditorium.
