Since she and her husband started Hawaii Glass Block in 1987, Rosalie Iodice did everything from pick up shipments at the pier to hire staff for the Kalihi-based wholesale and retail company. But when she sensed that her marriage was breaking up, the 42-year-old businesswoman began limiting her duties as vice president and co-owner and looking around for another livelihood.
