Handling a hotel's least favorite little traveler, the bed bug, requires prompt attention and cooperation between hotel staff and pest-control companies.
The issue is becoming increasingly important, said Frank Meek, technical director at Orkin. The company is surveying regional branches to measure the scale of the bed bug problem.
