Finnish IT company TJ Group Plc said on Monday (17 October) that the ongoing legal proceedings have harmed the business of TJ Group Plc and its subsidiaries, especially Key Partners Oy.

TJ Group Plc has therefore decided to relinquish some of its subsidiaries and sell them to parties who can ensure the continuance of the subsidiaries' business.
