Malacanang appealed yesterday to the "noisy minority" to refrain from conjuring "imagined fears of martial law" on the government's crackdown on illegal street rallies, dismissing the allegations as "plain hogwash."
Press Secretary Ignacio Bunye said, "all these talks about possible re-imposition of martial rule are plain hogwash.
