IFOS Inc. of Sunnyvale, California, a designer and developer of advanced optical sensing systems, announced the acquisition of all product lines, facilities, intellectual property, and other assets of Oluma Inc. Customers no longer will have to choose technology, but can now have a single source for sensing solutions. "IFOS is getting stronger and is going to widen its operations. I am confident this acquisition will strengthen our application engineering capabilities, allowing us better to support our customers in the field," said Dr. Behzad Moslehi, CEO/Founder of IFOS.
