Sep. 24--NEW DELHI -- The game for the ownership of Punjab Tractors (PTL) is entering a decisive stage. There is unusual activity in Punjab Tractor shares, as turnover volumes have shot up in the past 10 days. Between September 14 and 16, 36.4 lakh shares were traded in the NSE and 66.6 lakh shares on the BSE.
