If Iran is allowed to fob off nuclear inspectors, so will North Korea

GOOD news is dispiritingly rare in the global effort to curb the spread of nuclear weapons. North Korea seemed to surprise itself this week by agreeing to a set of principles with America, South Korea, Japan, China and Russia to give up its weapons and end its nuclear dabbling--so much so, that a day later it was already bad-temperedly backtracking).
