The Virgin Islands Constitutional Commission has recommended that the Territory adopt a cabinet system of Government. This was one of several recommendations contained in the 2005 Report of the Virgin Islands Constitutional Commission, which was made public last week. The report will be the subject of a special debate in Legislative Council before it is forwarded to the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
