TWINSBURG, Ohio--Carl Bellini finds it good to be back home, and he is optimistic about the future.

The 58-year-old executive is adjusting to his new role as executive vice president of marketing and stores at Revco D.S., the chain for which he worked from 1988 to 1990.

During Bellini's first stint at Revco, the retailer was in the early stages of bankruptcy and fighting for survival. Today he finds himself at a rejuvenated organization.
