After several years of studying the feasibility of such a move, Frankenmuth Brewery has become the first American brewer to introduce a 5-liter printed can.

Frankenmuth Pilsener, which was first introduced in 1988 in bottles and kegs, is now available in the 1.3-gallon package, Frankenmuth reported. Until now, only imported beers were available in a fully-printed can.
