Amos Magee, a Thunder assistant coach, took a call from head coach Buzz Lagos on Monday. Lagos and the team were on a back-to-back trip to face Montreal and Toronto, while Magee had stayed behind.

The subject matter - soccer - was not a new one. Nor, Magee said, was the location from which Lagos called. "He was at a laundromat in Toronto," Magee said, "washing the uniforms."
