BENJAMIN BRITTEN'S 'church parable', which was inspired by Japanese Noh Theatre, is pretty much a classy piece of music.

Often performed under a spire, its theatrical elements have been heightened for this Edinburgh International Festival production at the Royal Lyceum, directed by French-born Olivier Py.
