Farmer-friendly herbicide applicator.

A herbicide applicator that efficiently distributes concentrated herbicides was developed by Floyd Fulgram at the James Whitten Delta States Research Center. Researchers at the Center, including Chester McWhorter, discovered a way to eliminate water from herbicide mixes. However the usual hydraulic spray equipment did not work for this ultra low volume application. Fulgram's T-miser works to distribute the concentrated mixture, which when mixed with paraffinic oil, controls some weeds better than herbicides mixed with water.
