The new campus of The College of Staten Island of The City University of New York, the largest construction project underway in New York City, will open this fall.
The 204-acre campus, on the site of the former Willowbrook State School will be the largest of any college public or private -- within the New York City limits.
The projected cost of the project, $378 million, is $27 million less than the original estimate. Construction money comes from the sale of New York State Dormitory Authority bonds. In all, the campus will be comprised of five new ...
