SALEM - Oregon undergraduates will pay about $170 more next year to attend the University of Oregon under a higher education spending plan delivered Tuesday to the governor.

The House gave the Legislature's final approval with a 43-15 vote to the Oregon University System budget. The 2005-07 spending blueprint delivers $659.5 million in general fund dollars to the state's seven universities.
