General Haj Ali Razmara was the Iranian Premier from June of 1950 until he was assassinated in March of 1951. Born in 1900, he rose through the Cossack Division to the rank of general through distinguished service in the suppression of revolts, his skills as an organizer, and the patronage of Shah Reza Khan.
