Members of Northumberland County Women's Bowling Federation turned out in force to celebrate the 90th birthday of Lily Wilson.

A commemorative garden seat was presented to Lily and then a game of bowls has followed by a celebratory tea.

A player for about 50 years, Lily has been a truly dedicated bowler until as recently as a few months ago.

Walker Victory was her main club but in the past she also belonged to Moffat BC.
