ARLINGTON, Va. -- James Monroe Bank (NASDAQ Small Cap:JMBI-News) today announced the addition of Richard A. Hutchinson as Senior Vice President of James Monroe Mortgage, a division of James Monroe Bank, and John L. Carter as Vice President of sales and marketing for the mortgage division.
