AFTER YEARS OF TRAILING BEHIND ITS RESIDENtial counterpart, look for the varied segments of private, nonresidential construction to continue to gain strength and steal the limelight in 2005, predicted the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC), Alexandria, Virginia.
