Jon Young, assistant general manager of the DuPage Dragons, has become proficient at reading body language.

Because the baseball team's large green dragon mascot, Dinger, is without voice, Young gets called in to translate Dinger's head nods, shoulder shrugs, hand waves, tail flicks and high fives.
