Ungaro's Apparition Gets a Guy

NEW YORK -- A year after Emanuel Ungaro introduced his women's scent, Apparition, the designer is launching a men's version, called, naturally enough, Apparition Homme.

"This is his newest men's scent, a complement to [last September's] Apparition," said Steven DeMelis, director of marketing for Salvatore Ferragamo and Emanuel Ungaro fragrances at Gary Farn Ltd. "We're targeting gentlemen aged 25 and older who are sophisticated, know they like quality and understand Ungaro as a designer."
