Miller Global Properties this week bought the One DTC building in the Denver Tech Center.
Although the price wasn't released, experts estimated that Miller Global, led by Myron "Micky" Miller and his son, Jim, paid about $40 million for the 15-story, 226,000-square-foot building at 5251 DTC Parkway. The deal closed late Tuesday.
It was the first Denver-area purchase by the group since it bought Alamo Plaza in downtown Denver in late 1999.
