CHICAGO _ They are two words that haven't been uttered much at the United Center recently, but they were spoken with conviction Tuesday.

Stanley Cup.

"We will not rest until we win the Cup," Dale Tallon said on his first day as Blackhawks general manager. "That is our goal and we will use every resource available to reach that goal."

There wasn't talk of rebuilding or of five-year plans to be competitive. There is work to do to achieve that goal, Tallon admitted, but the goal is clear, and for Hawks fans _ many of whom…
