BELEAGUERED Tory leader David McLetchie could face a backbench revolt over his silence on his Holyrood taxi bill.

MSPs are angry they were told nothing despite McLetchie being made aware of the potential row over his expenses in February.

They say he never mentioned it to them, even during the general election campaign.

One MSP said: 'We were left in the dark. It could have blown up in the middle of the election, but...
