INTERFAX-CHINA - Central China's Henan plans to boost output capacity to 7 mln tons alumina, 3 mln tons electrolytic aluminum and 2.8 mln tons aluminum products by 2010, which is goal of Henan aluminum industry's "11th Five Year Plan"(2006-2010).
