NEW YORK -- The Mounger Corp., Seattle, parent company of Pacific Trail Inc., outerwear manufacturer, has been sold to a group of Pacific Trail's senior management and an investment group.

The investment group is GKH Retailing Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of GKH Partners L.P., and is led by brothers Jay and Tom Pritzker, Chicago investors and chairman and president, respectively, of the Hyatt Corp.; Dan Lufkin, a founder of the New York investment banking firm Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and Mel Klein, an attorney and private investor based in Corpus Christi, Tex.
