Abstract

This paper explores ex-forest workers' perspectives of the Wombat State Forest, (Forest) Victoria. The results suggest that these workers have many perspectives, which have gone unheard in recent debates, and may be valuable in future forest management. All ex-workers interviewed had deep connections with parts of the Forest and placed strong emphasis on the need for consideration and care within it.
