Herbs are everywhere. They grow in gardens, spice up meals and aid in the healing process. And technically, all plants except bushes and trees are herbs.
"Herbs are God's apothecary," said Gisela Meyer, president of the Minnesota Herb Society. "Our ancestors had herbs in their daily food. They took vitamins and minerals and didn't even know it. Now we take them in pill form."
