The last time a Black person was seen on "Gilligan's Island" was in 1981 when the Harlem Globetrotters visited in the TV movie!

That's all about to change. A Black man, psychologist-relationship expert Dr. Tiy-E Muhammad, joins the castaways as the Professor on the second season of the TBS reality series "The Real Gilligan's Island," which premieres on June 8.
