Cazenovia Area Community Development Association officials have chosen an Oneida woman to lead the year-old organization.
Barbara Henderson will start today as the agency's first executive director, said Betsy Powers, the agency's chairwoman. Henderson also is the development agency's first paid employee and will open the group's new offices at Cazenovia College.
