TO THE Games and Amusements Board (GAB), lawyer Noli Eala has ceased to be the commissioner of the countrys premier basketball league since May 26.

"As of May 26, we can no longer consider Atty. Eala as Commissioner of the PBA. He is an employee receiving salary from the Board. He must be licensed before being employed as per PD 871," said Buhain, stressing that under that law all the employees of the PBA should be licensed, including Eala even though past commissioners had never been licensed.
