    CLEVELAND, Aug. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Society Corporation (NYSE: SCY) today announced the completion of the merger of its two banking affiliates in Ohio:  Society National Bank, headquartered in Cleveland, and Society Bank & Trust, headquartered in Toledo.  The resulting entity, Society National Bank, is a $21 billion banking company with 300 offices throughout Ohio.
