Whoa, talk about a contact high. Showtime's new musical version of the cautionary camp classic "Reefer Madness" seems to have the same effect on a viewer as marijuana itself.
Every time it breaks into another overlong, tedious production number, time seems to slow. The minutes crawl by. Man, if you were really stoned while watching this, the clock might stop altogether.
