Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud Al Faisal, who was in Prince Abdullah's delegation in the US, on April 27 gave an address to the Council on Foreign Relations in New York. Among many other things, he said: "For us reform is an absolute requisite for the advancement of the country and its people regardless where the opposition is coming from or from where the external pressure is being applied".
