Ortho-rectification of QuickBird satellite: very high resolution satellite data is now being used for applications traditionally covered by aerial photography. Most of these applications require that the data extracted from the satellite imagery be accurately located on a map; Therefore the geometrical processing of the imagery becomes a key issue.
