Israeli business leaders are cautiously optimistic concerning Kuwait's announcement that it would drop its secondary and tertairy boycotts against Israel and also the rumor that Saudi Arabia may soon follow suit. However, business officials warn that these actions may not indicate a trend and that the primary Arab Boycott against Israel, which began in 1945, still costs Israel millions of dollars in lost exports, lost investments and lost business opportunities.
