    WASHINGTON, June 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Federated States of Micronesia became a member of the International Monetary Fund today when Aloysius Tuuth, secretary of finance, signed the IMF's Articles of Agreement in Washington.  The initial quota(A) of the Federated States of Micronesia in the IMF is Special Drawing Rights (SDR) 2.25 million (about US$3.1 million).
