Balaton Power Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: BPWRF) is pleased to report the Board of Directors has approved plans to take the (PISCES) division public within the next 90 days. Balaton Power Inc. will announce the terms and conditions in the near future. The newly formed company will apply for a ticker symbol and CUSIP number, or they will merge into a fully reporting publicly traded shell.
