After almost 21 years at Linear Technology, serving in several senior management positions including President, Dr. Clive Davies announced his intentions to retire at the conclusion of this fiscal year which ends June 30, 2003.

Dr. Davies joined Linear Technology in August 1982, when the company had no released products or sales. In his first position as Vice President of Quality Assurance & Reliability, he oversaw the implementation of a quality control system that was geared to the stringent requirements of Linear's many military customers, a business segment ...
