    LAS VEGAS, May 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Circus Circus Enterprises Inc. today announced its results for the first quarter ended April 30, 1993. 
    The company reported net income of $32,779,000, or $.56 per share, compared with $25,820,000, or $.46 per share, for the corresponding quarter last year.  In the first quarter last year, Circus redeemed its $100 million 10 1/8 percent Senior Subordinated Notes at a call premium, which resulted in an extraordinary charge against income of $3.7 million, or $.06 per share.
