Chesapeake Utilities Corporation named Elaine Bittner, Director of Eastern Shore Natural Gas Company (Chesapeake's natural gas pipeline subsidiary) as its Peake Manager of the Year for 2004 during the Company's annual employee recognition dinner on Saturday, January 29, held at The Clarion in Ocean City, MD.
