    PORTLAND, Ore., April 12 /PRNewswire/ -- There were repeated calls for regional cooperation and a regional solution to the complex problem of restoring salmon in the Columbia River Basin during today's Salmon Strategy Progress Review, according to the Northwest Power Planning Council.
